Lilly Castro believes in supporting individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness. A firm believer in the inseparable connection between body/mind and the body’s ability to heal itself. Lilly believes that massage therapy can be one of the many paths to restring health and wholeness t the body. Lilly provides a sacred environment to allow healing, re-balancing and rejuvenation to occur. Her work incorporates deep Swedish techniques with effective Neuromuscular and Trigger-point therapy, as well as Myofascial Release to help clients attain balance and well-being. Her touch is highly intuitive, and each massage is tailored to meet her client’s needs. Lilly’s interest in the human body and its intricacies propels her to continue to advance her education and training in Massage Cupping, Craniosacral therapy, Manual Lymphatic drainage, Therapeutic Touch and Raindrop therapy. Lilly is also a Certified Holistic Health Educator and is starting Natropathic Physician studies in the fall. Lilly is an avid gardener teaching classed on growing wheat grass and spouts. She enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, cooking, dancing and spending time outdoors with her dogs and daughter. Lilly is a graduate from Healing Hands School of Massage and is a licensed in Florida and Tennessee. She has been practicing therapeutic massage and bodywork for 20 + years. She is a professional member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professional (ABMP). Lilly continues to study to enrich her knowledge by siding integrating different modalities and philosophies of health and healing.
